Ray has twenty years of IT management experience including senior technology positions at Smart System Technologies, Clearcross, Citicorp, Republic National Bank, Syntra Technologies, Sybase and Restaurant Associates. Mr. Garcia specializes in complex software product development and has successfully delivered fifteen commercial Internet software releases. He is the founder of AlterWork, an IT consultancy providing technology audits, infrastructure planning and interim technology management. Mr. Garcia is a member of the Association of Computing Machinery and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers and is a graduate of the City College of New York (BE).
Ron has twenty years of experience in software sales and marketing including as Director of Business Development for UpShot, an early leader in on-demand CRM applications and competitor of Salesforce.com that was acquired by Siebel in 2004. As Managing Director of the Sales Optimization Group and earlier as a Consultant with Booz, Allen & Hamilton, he has worked with, and helped provide thought leadership for, Fortune 500 companies on sales and marketing strategies. Mr. Hubsher’s sales methodologies have been acclaimed for their strong success and are the subject of a pending patent application. He is a graduate of Columbia University (MBA and BS).
Jeff is the founder of THINKstrategies, the only independent strategic consulting firm focused on Software-as-a-Service and Utility Computing. Mr. Kaplan was formerly a leading industry analyst at IDC, Dataquest, and META Group and a senior marketing executive at InterOPS Management Solutions and International Network Services (INS). He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and contributing columnist for ComputerWorld, InformationWeek, InfoWorld, NetworkWorld, Web Host Industry Review, Mass High Tech Journal and the Financial Times. Mr. Kaplan is a graduate of Boston College (MBA) and Rutgers University (BA).
Paul has twenty years
of experience in sales, sales management, marketing and business
development in the SaaS and software industries. Paul was the VP of
Sales for Nimblefish, a SaaS company in the marketing area, and the
Director of Business Development or a senior sales manager for
Oracle, J.D. Edwards and Kintana (now Mercury Interactive). Paul is
a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School (MBA)
and UCLA (BA).
James has over a decade of
experience at the board level in software and IT services business
working closely with technology entrepreneurs and their management
teams. Mr. McNaught-Davis was most recently a General Partner
of Advent Venture Partners LLP, one of the UK's leading venture
firms. Prior to that he was a Partner and Managing Director at
Warburg Pincus, where he led the firm's technology investment
activity in Europe and invested in several European-based software
companies. Mr. McNaught-Davis was also an Executive Vice
President of Misys plc, the banking, insurance and healthcare
software business for whom he acquired several financial service
software businesses in the U.S. and Europe during the early 1990s.
He is a director of Fineos and Valista, both software companies.
Mr. McNaught-Davis is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s
Wharton School (MBA) and Cambridge University (BA).
